TummyTime!™ and TubbyBubby Baby Massage in SE Portland

A 4-week class series as unique as your baby.

There is a way to do tummytime without distressing your baby.

  • Tummy time helps reduce reflux and makes your baby spit up less.
  • Reduces colic.
  • Helps digestion. Gets the trapped gas out and reduces pain and discomfort.
  • Helps prevent flathead in babies.
  • Helps strengthen back and neck muscles, improves the head and neck control and promotes a healthy core.
  • Promotes a healthy nervous system through play in tummytime.

Don’t miss out on these benefits. Learn the correct way to do tummytime and help your baby meet many developmental milestones like rolling over, crawling, sitting up and eventually walking.

We use your baby’s most highly developed sense, the sense of touch, as a powerful way to interact with your baby.

An opportunity for new parents, to learn how baby massage can help with feeding, digestion and sleep for their baby. You learn soothing techniques, gas and colic relief massage, and interaction with other new parents. You will also have plenty of time for Q & A at the end of the class.

Grandparents are also welcome to the class.

“I’ve learned so much from Sejal and she is so great to talk to and very encouraging. Without her, my baby would have never achieved the milestones to where he is today. Sejal makes tummy time and routines very possible with her magic touch.”

Stephie

“There isn’t a lot of guidance as to how to do tummytime, what the pacing is….Sejal gave as exactly that knowledge…And our baby is getting a lot stronger now.”

“She met milestones much quicker because of it (TummyTime Class)…”

Participants receive a 2 oz. bottle of organic cold pressed massage oil blend and handouts for each week.

“My daughter learned so much and got stronger and healthier from working with Sejal and doing the exercises she shared. I can already see the difference in her digestion, respiratory system, neck strength, and engagement with the world around her! I wish I’d known Sejal early enough to have her come be our post-partum doula. She’s just the best!”

Adriana Baer

She used to not like it at all but now she likes it so much she rolls onto her tummy by herself!

“Previously she was scared to go on her tummy…she cried…But she likes it now. She can flip over. It is easy.”

TummyTime!™ is a much needed activity for excellent motor skills later in their lives as toddlers and children.

Total cost of the class, which includes:

  • 4 1.5-hour sessions,
  • Handouts for each session,
  • And email support.

is just $180.

“I’m so thankful that we found Sejal! Our baby was early and had many challenges typical to a preemie. But, we didn’t know that! Finding Sejal and working with her on nursing tips as well as Tummy Time classes made an incredible difference for us. I have heard so many people say “oh, my baby just doesn’t like tummy time so we don’t force it” and I want to scream. We thought the same way, that our baby just didn’t like it. But really it was that he didn’t like how hard it was because he needed help. Sejal helped us understand what his challenges were and how to address them. Working with her meant that we were able to help our baby be even happier and healthier!”
